Can you see where there could be a problem? She assumes that I am waiting on being married to do things like "buy a house", and so she suggests making a list of all the things singles put off until marriage and just do them. My list had things like: She rejects other people's assistance to get a date. I would graciously accept any such help or advice. Reading things like that and other parts that can be summed up as "don't worry.

Wonderful book; provides great perspective for those currently single but planning to get married some day. Thought-provoking and inspiring - stop waiting, start doing! I will never feel strange asking for a table for one. Single people of the world stand up for yourself! The author gets as the heart of finding fulfillment in life. One person found this helpful. Knobbe challenges the stigmas and stereotypes that singles face on a daily basis buy examining myths such as "You're not an adult until you get married," "Being single means being alone," and "Singles live a carefree life. The reflection questions "stayed with me," allowing an easy way to continue to connect with material.

The multifaceted structure of each chapter allows a large variety of information to be presented in a compact fashion, but I found that it gave a choppy feel to the book. The discontinuity made it challenging for me to read more than a few pages at a time. I think that this book would be excellent for someone who is feeling depressed or discouraged about single lifeeither for personal reasons or because of outside influences.

However, as one who is happily single, I sometimes felt that the writing was somewhat of a downer as it pointed out different aspects of single life or interactions with friends, family, or others which might make one feel disparaged.

She has earned numerous awards for her excellent and creative design abilities. She is responsible for designing ads, brochures, and any other marketing and advertising materials associated with the company.
